Survive and Thrive by Bringing Customers Back Again and Again
As the pandemic spread, millions of small businesses faced an uncertain future. Inspired by their resilience and courage we decided to use our loyalty marketing expertise to build a rescue platform to improve their survival prospects and provide them with an instant financial recovery strategy once pandemic restrictions began to ease. REIGNITION was the outcome.
To survive and thrive businesses needed to focus on four key areas as confirmed by McKinsey and Company - The worlds # 1 Management Consultancy
To accelerate the launch of REIGNITION we collaborated with a global franchise operator with 600+ small business members in 36 countries. This enabled us to shorten the platform testing phase from months to weeks so that we could start supporting businesses as quickly as possible.
Since REIGNITION went live we've helped hundreds of small businesses survive and go on to thrive in a post pandemic world. Our platform has been nominated for several awards and is now Europe's fastest growing loyalty marketing platform for small businesses.
Our project collaborators in Australia have since made the integration of REIGNITION a condition of their new franchisee agreement. - which makes our team immensely proud of what we've been able to achieve in challenging circumstances. Here are a summary of some of their numbers .
